Noble Barbell Club focuses on Olympic Lifting (Clean & Jerk and Snatch), Strong(wo)man, Powerlifting and general strength programs. We provide you the tools that you need to improve your lift technique and strength.

We will cover proper technique, nutrition, and of course you will still get a great workout catered to your personal skill level every class. This course is geared towards people who are brand new to working out in general, or new to using weights.

Youth Classes


The focus in Nobles Youth classes will be on technique and fun, all still while getting a great workout. The workouts will be geared toward their individual ability level; little to no weights for younger or less experienced youth.

Mobility
 


Our mobility plus class is focused on optimizing body movements not only in your workouts but in your every day life. We run through both mobility and stability exercises each class pinpointing faulty movements. Once a week, the class takes time for each individual person to dive deeper into their own unique needs with one on one exercise prescription.

Remote
Coaching


Don’t live in the area but need some programming and coaching? Look no further. We offer our great coaching to athletes all over the globe. We write your programming and you check in with us by sending videos of your lift so we can give you feed back to make you a better athlete.

Sports Performance


Nobles Sports Performance classes start as early as 9 years old and up through college level sports. We do a detailed initial assessment to establish our areas of focus for each individual athlete. We do not take a general approach with this since each athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
