We will cover proper technique, nutrition, and of course you will still get a great workout catered to your personal skill level every class. This course is geared towards people who are brand new to working out in general, or new to using weights.

The course will start with little to no weights and the difficulty will gradually increase of the 6 weeks as you become more comfortable with the workouts. It’s important to know we work with people of ALL skill levels and everyone goes at their own pace at Noble.

For that reason you will always have a coach with you at all times. Safety is our number 1 priority, you came to us to get healthy, and we won’t let you stray from that path.
